“Needing glasses, I've been going to other more conventional places for exams and glasses (e.g., Warby Parker & Lenscrafters). I couldn't be happier that I went to Brunell Southdown Optics. Susan is probably the most competent and friendly person I've had the pleasure of working with in months. The tests she performed were thorough. She corrected the prescription I was given by one of the other firms, and made a test pair of lenses using old school tech (a drawer filled with lenses). I'm very happy I went there and can't wait to get my new lenses and frames.“
