“I am only giving a 5 star review because of manager Michelle. I was in today to have my glasses tightened, when I walked up to the desk and asked the technician to tighten my glasses, he barley looked up at me. When he was tightening my glasses his hand slipped and he scratched my lens. When he gave them back I looked to see if there was any damage, which there was, he told me the scratch was already there and tried to wipe it off. He handed them back to me and insisted they were already like that. I spoke to the manager Michelle and she told me that this is not the first time he has behaved and done something like this; and that she would replace my glasses for free. She was so kind and made me feel so much better. I appreciate her rectifying the situation properly. I know mistakes happen and i'm not faulting the tech for his hand slipping but he could've taken responsibility and handled the situation completely differently.“
