Susan is probably the most competent and friendly person I've had the pleasure of working with in months. The tests she performed were thorough. She corrected the prescription I was given by one of the other firms, and made a test pair of lenses using old school tech (a drawer filled with lenses). I'm very happy I went there and can't wait to get my new lenses and frames.“
