“Called Chalk's last night knowing we were in need of a new AC and/or furnace.
Rep arrived early this morning, giving a quote for the AC or both. We decided to go with replacing both. By 330 this afternoon everything was done and good to go.
Very transparent, friendly and easy to deal with.
Highly recommend!”
“Sorry to see Gene heading into retirement, we have been one of his many customers for years. Never a complaint about his service.”
“Shea was timely, arriving a few minutes early even. He was professional throughout our communication. We ended up not having him complete the job, due to the high cost quoted for the job.”
