Drake's sent their technician Ward, who efficiently addressed the issue and went above and beyond by cleaning the chimney and correcting all three water heaters, ensuring they were all functioning correctly. Good service and honest people are becoming harder and harder to find these days. After talking to multiple HVAC companies who were trying to upsell me on systems and implementations I didn't need, Drake gave us exactly what I knew we needed without a bunch of upsells. Their quote was 1/2 of what Isaac's, because Isaac's was trying to add so much more to our system.
1.5 years in and our whole house AC is running and working great! Only feedback was that install took considerably longer than expected, but I was willing to navigate that because i trusted they were doing the work properly.
A couple friends of mine recommended Drake’s to address a leaky expansion tank at my parent’s house. I called and Scott returned my initial phone call right away.
