“I can't sat enough good things about our experience with Allen's today. The exhaust fan on our furnace quit working and we were without heat in the dead of winter. Other companies in the area either didn't answer or wouldn't come out for a day or more. We called Allen's around 3pm on a Saturday and by 5pm the furnace repair was completed and we were back up and running. Mike couldn't have been more professional! Allen's will be our only call in the future!“

“We bought a new home 2 weeks ago with the intent to update/replace the furnace with our taxes this year. However, before we could get there it kicked the bucket. Jon came out last night around 6:30 and was able to immediately identify the problem. He was able to install a new furnace today, so thats the option we went with. He helped us get heat to circulate by running a fan down a register and helped us get two space heaters for the night. We slept comfortably last night in warm bedrooms. Austin and him came out today and voila! We have heat, an updated furnace, and are so very grateful to them both. 10/10 recommend. Looking forward to working with them on some more house projects in the future as well!“

“Contacted them for an emergency repair of a boiler that failed two days before the temperatures were going to -14. They had to order a boiler so they brought in heaters for us to use. They saved us thousands of dollars as well as possibilities the house being destroyed. They started working on it the day before the boiler came in and we’re ready for the install the next day. They saved a beautiful home from being destroyed. My other house will be needing a furnace at some point and will 100% use them. True neighborhood business who cares about their customers!
