“Zach was prompt, friendly, motivated, and appears to love his job. He was able to complete the job of installing a new water heater in very little time. Zach was very neat and did a complete check for gas leaks. He answered all my questions and made recommendations for draining heater for longer life. Would highly recommend Zach to anyone.
Our first water heater lasted 24 years. It would be nice to have this one do the same.”
“I have been calling around to hvac companies to see if any are available to clean our window units instead of buying new. Every other place simply stated they do not do that kind of service. When I called Finger lakes hvac in big flats they told me they were unable to but what stood out is they explained in detail without me asking why they are unable to and possibly why others are unable to as well! That was very helpful in making our decision even though we are unable to use their service I would highly recommend them!”
“Very knowledgeable and clear about what they are doing. Hid nothing from me. Up-front about everything. Communicated their demands right from the start. Came in did the work, I signed off, and everyone was happy.”
