Jason and his crew are really great! Very professional from the beginning to the end! We were inquiring about replacing a wall area gas heater. Jason came out and talked to us about different options we could get. We decided to go with the Mitsubishi system. Jason and his crew came and installed it and explained to us how it all works! We are so pleased with them, that we are now having them be our company to service our boiler and water heater! We hope to get another Mitsubishi system installed in the near future! They all were so polite and cleaned up everything after the install! Highly recommend!!
Jason and his crew came to our house on 4/11/2024 to give us an estimate to install a new AC unit. Jason was extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly very knowledgeable in his field. Explained exactly what we would need to have installed, where, and why. He was very thorough in explaining why all the different lines, wires, parts… etc. had to be ran the way they did. Even if you don’t have any HVAC knowledge he will explain it to ensure that you understand why.Jump to 4/16/2024 and they are coming to install the AC unit that was previously quoted. I would like to highly highly recommend Jason Chalk at Chalk’s Heating & Air Conditioning in Horseheads. Recently I had no heat or hot water during some of our coldest days (as my old boiler died after 17 years). Immediately upon my calling, Jason arrived with his wonderful crew, made sure I had some relief by loaning me some effective space heaters, and the very next day removed my old boiler and installed a new one. I was SO very impressed by Jason’s detailed knowledge, his professionalism, his concern for my and my family’s well being, and his kindness.
