“Had our roof replaced after a wind storm without issues. A few weeks before they started, they had put tarp up and part of which blew off later on and I told them they came right out to fix it. There was also miscommunication about a vent cap. I wasn't too worried about it because I was glad just to have a new roof and flashing but I was surprised to look up and see they had come out and put a new one on! Left no mess and the guys that came out were great!“

“I can't speak highly enough of Vlad and crew from Rochester Pro Roofing. We found ourselves in challenging situation needing an unplanned roof replacement, and right away during the quoting process I felt comfortable and confident in Vlad's assessment. He took the time to inspect the roof and attic and then discussed our options without coming across like a sales person. In addition to the roof replacement, he was able to accommodate the repair of a damaged overhang and then custom bend the flashing to match the original.

I really appreciated the detail Vlad provided when describing what the job would entail, and while the quoted included potential added charges if additional plywood was needed, it was not needed as his initial assessment was spot on. I also loved his commitment to protect my young tomato plants and protect them he did!

The quality of their work was phenomenal, including some of the details that we will barely see. In our attic, some of the decking boards needed to be replaced and the custom cut pieces were a perfect fit and look great. They completed all of the work in one day, protected my home and plants, did an amazing job with the cleanup and we are VERY happy with our new roof.

“As a recent first time home owner having my roof done as my first major project was rather nerve wracking. However I had the pleasure of working with the project manager Patrick and his crew lead by Manny. Working with everyone on the team was a wonderful experience . The crew not only finished the project to my surprise in one day, but did so with great care!

Throughout the day of installation Patrick did an excellent job of keeping me updated on how it was going. Multiple times I came out to see how things were and he would take the time to walk me through the process. He made it very easy to understand how, why and what was going on. I loved that during the process he would update my companycam timeline with up to date pictures all through the day.

The quality was certainly there with the work done by his crew. Something that stood out to me was the pride that they take in doing there job, and not just getting it done so they can leave. At the end when the project was done, Manny noticed a section in my siding that had a decent sized gap left over. (I had 4 layers of roof removed). Despite the project being done and this not being their responsibility they took the time to patch it up. This way no rain or snow could get between my house walls and siding.
