We had a great experience with American Custom Exteriors and Interiors for our roofing project. Starting with a very thorough inspection and quote by Kevin Mondschein. An honest assessment with no upsell, and no high pressure sales tactics like we had experienced with some of the other companies. Everyone that we dealt with at American were very professional during the entire process. Great communication from their scheduler Kyle. On the day our roof was replaced Rico and his crew of installers worked very hard. I was surprised that they finished the job in a single day.They were very courteous and respectful. I highly recommend American Custom for their quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Choosing a contractor is an act of trust, and American Custom earned mine. My covered patio project and privacy wall construction were a major investment. Steve G. managed the project with professionalism and care, taking time to explain my options and offer many helpful recommendations.

The crew’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and they treated my home with respect. The entire team delivered a high-quality finished product that far exceeded my expectations.
