I spent 2 years getting quotes and not getting anyone able to get it over the finish line. Dan Leone worked with me to approve the materials I wanted to use, and walked me through every part of the quote, so I would be comfortable and know what to expect. Promised a day or less, and that's what was done.
Quality Homes just finished my addition. Dan Leone was instrumental in combining my photos, his project experience, and with the architect we created this greenhouse/4 season sunroom.Perfect.Project Manager Tom Ledtke effectively coordinated all the many moving parts from basement to roofing ; and this all was done on time. Both gentlemen were easy to reach and speak with.Thanks Quality Homes and big thanks to all who worked on this.
Tom Ledtke was our Project Manager and he was phenomenal! He made this project a complete pleasure to do. Always communicating every step of the way and helped with recommendations when needed. His crews were awesome… very respectful and did awesome work. I would recommend Oaks Construction to EVERYONE and ask for Tom!!!!
