“Called John due to having problems with my Amana washer. He discussed the issue over the phone and tentatively set up an appointment at my home later that day. Communication was excellent as he called around mid day to confirm the time. He showed up on time, was very friendly and explained the work being done. Very satisfied as the other repair service places I called could not do same day service. I appreciate the prompt fix and the price was very fair.“

My only issue is that I paid him cash and didn't get a receipt afterwards, I have called him and text him for a week now he told me he would send it and has not. Jim I have zero issues with your service just pls send me my receipt for the $140 I paid you to steam out the refrigerator line please“
