I promptly received a phone call diagnosing the missing gasket as the issue at hand. I received both vacuums back within a few days and they work like new!“

“Had Dynamic Cleaning Systems out to cleanup the air ducts in my house. They were professional, and thorough. They explained what they were doing and how and why, and how they updated their approach to accommodate my particular layout/level of debris. They also took care not to damage the house, using moving blankets to protect floors from vacuums, and walking hoses around corners vs dragging them. Very impressed.“
