Called John due to having problems with my Amana washer. He discussed the issue over the phone and tentatively set up an appointment at my home later that day. Communication was excellent as he called around mid day to confirm the time. He showed up on time, was very friendly and explained the work being done. Very satisfied as the other repair service places I called could not do same day service. I appreciate the prompt fix and the price was very fair.
