“We had just purchased a home in the area and everyone was asking us if we would consider redoing the floors. Originally we thought it would be too big of a job for us to handle on such a short timeline, with the stress of moving. We asked Russo’s to give us a quote to refinish the existing hardwood. Drew Russo himself came to my home and talked me through the process. We ended up asking for three different quotes: one to refinish the existing hardwood, one to redo the floors in the dining room, and a third to redo the floors in the kitchen as well. He took measurements quickly and got quotes back to me in a timely fashion. We decided to redo all the floors in the house. I was astonished at how quickly they were able to get us on the schedule. They even helped us coordinate the timeline with our painters. Drew is a great communicator. They showed me samples of all the different stain colors on my actual floors. I couldn’t be there in person so they kindly showed me on FaceTime and took videos for me. The whole crew is very trustworthy. The floors came out GORGEOUS. They took my breath away - the new hardwood seamlessly blends in with the existing. You would think all the floors were original. My only piece of advice is to seal off the rest of your house if you are having new hardwood installed — the dust gets everywhere.“

My plan was to renovate the kitchen and the floors through out the house.

Paul, the owner, gained my trust instantly with his professional and personable manner.

Paul was by my side throughout the entire process. For example, he brought me to the flooring store where he assisted me with picking the flooring with the best quality that would work for my home.

Everyday, Paul showed up to the house and checked on progress and addressed anything that needed attention.

Paul said everything would be done in 4 weeks.

After seeing how well the renovations were going, I kept adding additional things to be done including a large beautiful built in for my den which has become the favorite room in the house.

Everything was completely finished in 4 weeks.
The crew showed up everyday on time. They were respectful, clean and helped out with extra things where needed.

I have dealt with tons of construction companies and never had this exceptional experience.
