Prestige was referred to me by a contractor/handy person who always did great work for me. I had to have the hardwood floors in my Oakland Gardens NY coop scraped/refinished/polished in order to sell the unit. I interviewed a few flooring companies and Prestige came in at 1/3 to 1/2 less in terms of pricing...and performed a job of excellence. The beautiful new-looking floors increased the value of the unit and made it possible for me to get a higher offer. Highly recommend.

I just had three 80 year old hardwood floors refinished by John and his brother, the owner operators of Prestige. Great communication. They did the work on the dates scheduled at the price they initially proposed. 5 Stars all day long!
