We hired First Impressions to do extensive work based on a friend's recommendation to remodel our entire main living level. That included our a full modernization of our fireplace/mantel/new TV (the focal point of our greatroom); the kitchen - countertops, backsplash, oven, farm sink, rangehood, and a brand new updated island with a wine fridge. First Impressions finished our basement, gut renovated our upstairs hall bathroom, re-installed an egress window system and performed various other repairs around our home. I learned of First Impressions after seeing their many projects in my community. Their completed homes always looked crisper and more refined than others and I knew that when it came time to finish my basement, First Impressions would be my first call. First Impressions did a compete basement renovation for us. They did a fantastic job and were extremely responsive and professional. We would definitely use them again for other projects and are 100% satisfied with their work. Any question or concern we had was addressed immediately. Our basement looks fantastic and we could not be happier!
