Mickey and his team are pros. I hired him to refinish the parquet floors in my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I had a few questions and they were responsive. Communication was excellent. They had to be extra patient with me because my co-op has restricted elevator access and an approval process. Mickey was professional from start to finish. He arrived on time and did a great job. He recommended an appropriate finish and suggested ways to keep out the draft as I asked him to remove a rubber stripping at the bottom of my front door which caused scraping marks on the original floor. So happy those scrapes are gone. The floor looks great.
