Had my 70 year old oak floors resanded by this company. They did an excellent price, were prompt, clean, and I am very happy with the service, especially Mickey, Would highly recommend them!
My floors are beautiful now. Sanded, two coats of polyurethane, then buffed and gorgeous. The sawdust was vacuumed well. Mickey was professional and knowledgeable about the choice of finish, time of completion and future upkeep. You can have an oil-based or water based seal. I highly recommend Micolosi Brothers.
