Ryan showed up for the estimate when he said he would be there and was very thorough explaining the work that would be done.<br><br>Very reasonable price, great communication throughout, and HONEST. Ryan let me know about something they found while removing the old roof and gave me my options. One option would have been an extra $700-$800, and the other option was no cost (which is what he recommended doing). He easily could have recommended the option with the price increase or not even told me there was a no cost option.<br><br>The crew was on time, very polite and did an amazing job cleaning up. “Fantastic job. Work crew arrived at 7 am and completed job at 7 pm. Ran into few unknown problems along the way, and had to replace all plywood sheathing and support porch beams which were sagging. The area was a complete mess with roofing debris. They throughly cleaned area when finished as if they were never there. Estimate came in $2000 under other estimates. They only required $300 down to start job as opposed to other estimates with $6000 down. I highly recommend this company without hesitation. Ask for Ronald, he knows what he’s doing.”
