The TCR team evaluated the situation completely. The porch frame was inadequate causing the second floor to be in jeopardy. Today I have a porch built to code (the house is 110 years old before codes) AND we all sleep better at night knowing the second floor is secure! OH did I mention it’s beautiful. “Just had a front deck and steps replaced along with some rear steps. Absolute excellent workmanship. Showed up on time, finished both jobs in one day. There was a minor issue with one of the step planks. They came the next day to replace it. Cant say enough re the professionalism and finished product. I assume price was reasonable although I didnt get a second estimate. Would definitely call them again.“

He took a lot of time going over options for replacement with no high pressure sales tactics. On the day of install workers began workers began showing up before 7 AM. The entire job was completed in one day. We opted for new gutters, and this was coordinated by Chris. The day after the roof install, we had our new gutters installed.
