“Fantastic job. Work crew arrived at 7 am and completed job at 7 pm. Ran into few unknown problems along the way, and had to replace all plywood sheathing and support porch beams which were sagging. The area was a complete mess with roofing debris. They throughly cleaned area when finished as if they were never there. Estimate came in $2000 under other estimates. They only required $300 down to start job as opposed to other estimates with $6000 down. I highly recommend this company without hesitation. Ask for Ronald, he knows what he’s doing.“

“My daughter got married in December. My front porch was compromised and had to be rebuilt otherwise we risked the bride falling thru on the wedding day. Murphys law! Enter TCR. Sam and the entire TCR team including the gals in the office were OUTSTANDING.

The TCR team evaluated the situation completely. The porch frame was inadequate causing the second floor to be in jeopardy. Today I have a porch built to code (the house is 110 years old before codes) AND we all sleep better at night knowing the second floor is secure! OH did I mention it’s beautiful. And no one fell thru on the wedding day.

“Sonmir at Roof Pro did an exceptional job with our new roof and gutters. We had dealt with roof repairs stemming from skylight leaks for over 2 years and it never got fixed. Sonmir came and very quickly figured out that our skylights were broken and the roof had poor ventilation and needed to be replaced. The price for a brand new roof and skylights was reasonable and he said he could finish the job, along with replacing our broken gutters, in 1 day. The team arrived on time, put tarp down outside the house and inside our bedroom with the skylight to ensure a proper clean up. The entire job was done that day, including fixing some rotten wood on the roof from the skylight leaks. He installed proper ventilation as well to ensure that our roof would last. He also helped us get a warranty that will cover roof repairs for labor and materials for a long time. He was very patient answering our questions and stands by the quality of his work. Could not be happier with Sonmir and the new roof and gutters that Roof Pro put in.“

“Just had a front deck and steps replaced along with some rear steps. Absolute excellent workmanship. Showed up on time, finished both jobs in one day. There was a minor issue with one of the step planks. They came the next day to replace it. Cant say enough re the professionalism and finished product. I assume price was reasonable although I didnt get a second estimate. Would definitely call them again.“
