“Honestly I can not say enough good things about Tony and his crew. Tony has to be one of the most honest, caring and fair contractors I have ever come across. He worked with me every step of the way making me feel comfortable and you can really tell he wants to do a good job for his customers. Tony and his crew showed up at 7:30 every day and stayed until 5 or 6 pm. They worked constantly through the hottest days of the summer doing my roof, siding, windows and doors. They did not skip a beat and cleaned up fantastically at the end of each day. I have heard so many horror stories about bad contractors, well I can whole heartedly say Tony is on the complete other end of the spectrum. He treated my job like it was his own house and even made his guys redo some parts that he did not feel lived up to his criteria. I had neighbors come up to me and said how impressed they were with his company’s work ethic and results. He was great with my wife, kids and dogs as well. He only works one crew at a time and does not jump from job to job, you have the full attention of the crew and when you call or text, he either picks up or responds and if he can’t at the moment he gets back to you asap, there is no chasing him around. “Glad I chose Ryan and Ready Roof for my new roof and gutters. The whole process from the time I requested an estimate, to the completion of the job could not have been any better. Ryan showed up for the estimate when he said he would be there and was very thorough explaining the work that would be done.

Very reasonable price, great communication throughout, and HONEST. Ryan let me know about something they found while removing the old roof and gave me my options. One option would have been an extra $700-$800, and the other option was no cost (which is what he recommended doing). He easily could have recommended the option with the price increase or not even told me there was a no cost option.

The crew was on time, very polite and did an amazing job cleaning up. I got a couple comments from neighbors the following day saying how clean they left the property.

“My daughter got married in December. My front porch was compromised and had to be rebuilt otherwise we risked the bride falling thru on the wedding day. Murphys law! Enter TCR. Sam and the entire TCR team including the gals in the office were OUTSTANDING.

The TCR team evaluated the situation completely. The porch frame was inadequate causing the second floor to be in jeopardy. Today I have a porch built to code (the house is 110 years old before codes) AND we all sleep better at night knowing the second floor is secure! OH did I mention it’s beautiful. And no one fell thru on the wedding day.

“Just had a front deck and steps replaced along with some rear steps. Absolute excellent workmanship. Showed up on time, finished both jobs in one day. There was a minor issue with one of the step planks. They came the next day to replace it. Cant say enough re the professionalism and finished product. I assume price was reasonable although I didnt get a second estimate. Would definitely call them again.“
