“The staff was kind, but did run into some minor issues, including a missed visit (I called and the visit was immediately covered by another associate). Overall, throughout the majority of the visits I would say that Randi and her team did a wonderful job. Communication was great, and she ensured I was happy with the services. I would recommend the services, but would add, making sure you clearly communicate the needs of the pets, times, walks, and expectations to the extent possible.
