Restoration Operators - Westchester

Mickey came out to assess the damage to the apartment in Brooklyn damaged by smoke from the fire next door. The entire apartment & all the belongings were sooty and damaged from the smoke. Mickey sent Hong and Walter to do the remediation. We were self-pay without insurance, and Restoration Operators gave us a fair price for a lot of work. Over two days, the crew wiped everything down, moved all to a room for Ozone treatment, and helped pack up the apartment for a move. I typically do not write reviews on google but I had such a good experience with this company that I wanted to share it with others. I had a flood in my house in Forest Hills, Queens and had extensive water damage. They helped remove the water and addressed the mold in my living room very quickly and efficiently I am no longer wheezing from the mold spores. The regional manager, Jose Samaneigo, addressed my concerns very quickly and was very reliable, empathetic, and methodical. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are the real deal. Showed up at my house when they said they would. I would have been lost without my project manager Carlos. He guided me through the whole process every step of the way and I dressed every one of my concerns. I hope I don't have another flood in my basement but what if I do?
