Bill and his team did an absolutely amazing job remediating a significant mold problem at our home. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was efficient, thorough and professional. Plus he’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I strongly recommend Bill and the Fresh Maintenance team.
Bill was extremely helpful and informative regarding water damage in my basement. He responded quickly to questions and texts, came at agreed-upon times and performed necessary work excellently.
Joe was the only bright spot in a rather bad situation. We had a water leak from bad chimney flashing that tore through our attic and found a home for itself in a wall in our dining room. Months later, we had a major mold issue.I called Joe and he immediately educated me on the risks and the best way to get the mold inspected and further treated. Joe was incredibly professional, communicative and kind throughout the abatement process.
