“Would give 6 stars if I could. They arrived at my house in under 10 minutes to respond to an emergency leak. They were able to resolve the issue quickly and effectively mitigated what could have been a disastrous situation. Always friendly and they take the time to explain the services they are providing. There's nobody better.”
“I did not go with 1-TOM as I found a slightly cheaper alternative. That being said the customer service was exceptional and the second they heard I had young children and a mid winter heat emergency they jumped to help. I can tell then put their best foot forward with their customers and would definitely use them in the future for other work.”
“Sean did a great job diagnosing the issue with our boiler. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. It was clear he was an expert in the field. Thank you Sean and Tragar for the great service. Our service contract has been more than worth it!!”
