“The night before we were about to host Christmas Eve our heat went out and the pilot light would not stay lit. Youtube could not solve this problem. I remember seeing Gallett Air on Greater Long Island and decided to give them a try. Mike came out that night and fixed it within a half hour. Mike is the man! He explained what he replaced and how the new part will help the furnace work more efficiently. 10/10 recommend this company.“
