“I’ve been a client and throughout the years my family pets have been patients of Greenfield Animal Hospital for approximately 12-15 years. I’ve taken my family pets there for multiple reasons and services from grooming, vaccines, aqua therapy, nail trims, injuries, as well as many other different medical services. My experiences there have never disappointed and I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. I feel they are a top notch veterinarian practice! All staff and team members from Diana, Alex, and Sommer at reception to the many vet techs and vet assistants (too many to list), practice/operation management team have always been friendly, kind, caring and compassionate towards my family pets and myself as well as being very knowledgeable at doing what they do. You can see that they all work together as a team and that speaks volumes in itself. The veterinarians, Dr. Serfis and Dr. McQuay are amazing and always treat my dogs like family always providing the greatest care, answering any questions and showing love and true compassion towards my family pets and all animals alike. I also need to mention Dr. Akawi as well who started the practice at GFAH and has been in business and practicing veterinary medicine for many years. My dogs get excited to see them all there and cared for as soon as they realize they are going there and get super excited once we pull up and they see the building and that kind of says it all! Conveniently open 7 days a week as well. I highly recommend them for all your pets needs and medical attention. Five star all the way!“

They have great communication (written and verbal) before and after the appointment . Our Dr was kind and great with the furry ones as well as patient with us. “My family have been clients of the Haven Animal Hospital in Malta, New York since 1994. They have been there for us every way that counts. We board our dogs there, they do annual physicals for all of our dogs and cats, they have been there for some very tough diagnosis and, unfortunately, have been there for us when we needed to make humane decisions for our pets. From the front desk, the vet techs and Dr. T herself, we have always been treated with kindness, compassion and respect. I've recommended friends to Dr. T and family members. Dr. T will not order unnecessary tests and she refers you to specialists when appropriate. I can't say enough good things about this business.“

“Corinth vet has been such a blessing to us. We switched after another vet gave us a wrong diagnosis. Dr. Shawn was very thorough and made sure to double check everything so he knew exactly what was wrong with our cat. He also saved us money by telling us where we could get a certain medicine elsewhere for cheaper.
Our dog had to go to the emergency clinic recently and was told he needed to stay overnight 2 nights. Corinth transferred him to them as soon as possible and saved us $1700 and Dr. Shawn made sure our dog was able to get the fluids he needed to get better. Can’t thank them enough for being so willingly helpful.“

“Hands down the finest veterinary practice in the area. Doctors, office staff, vet techs are all friendly, knowlegeable and efficient. My three dogs have very different health concerns, behavioral issues and personalities. The doctors treat each with expertise and compassion.“

“The vets and assistants are all amazing here. They are friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the horses. I wish they treated humans because I would switch myself. The only thing I really dislike is the service agreement where they require a credit card on file and make you pay a deposit for a simple on-farm service call. We've been clients for over 5 years and have never paid a bill late and then they implemented this new policy. The attitude of people enforcing the policy is way over the top. I accidentally typed a credit card number wrong so the deposit was declined and the interaction was very pushy and adversarial like I was some type of deadbeat on the phone with a debt collector. I can't say this left a good impression on me AT ALL. I know the policy isn't the staff member's fault, but frankly, this policy stinks and treats all customers like would be deadbeats that don't pay their bills or something and I'm not very happy with it.“

“The staff at AVC are incredibly compassionate and professional. Today we unfortunately received grave news about our boy, Jackson. Hearing that our boy needed to be euthanized due to a tumor is not the news we were hoping for with such short notice. However, considering the circumstances.. my husband and I could not have asked for a better experience. From being able to enter through a separate entrance, to being taken to a calm and quiet environment.. the process of saying goodbye to our boy was as peaceful as possible. Jackson was content and comfortable throughout the whole process and that’s all we could ask for.
