I started going to Metabolic 5 months ago and I am absolutely in love! I never really worked out before, but as my 40th birthday was approaching I felt challenged to do something different. I previously had a membership to a traditional gym but I didn’t have the discipline to keep going. But my friend was going here for a while and her results were so impressive so I decided to try it. I’m so glad I did. This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. My family probably hates it because I won’t shut up about it! It’s been so great for my self esteem (and my body obviously). Plus the coaches are wonderful- they make sure that every class is a challenge, but they’re also careful to ensure that your form is right and you’re not lifting too much so you don’t injure yourself. And I can tell that they count my success as their success. Worth every penny!!!
I can’t believe how clean my kitchen tile floor looks now. The grout is back to its original color. My couch and loveseat look great too. Thanks Antonio and Zim. You are awesome.
One Oak is an incredible salon. The products are great, the atmosphere is welcoming and the aesthetic makes you feel like you’re treating yourself to a unique experience. I followed Beki to One Oak when they opened, and I will never stop going there not only because Beki is amazing, but also the rest of the staff are also so smiley and genuinely kind.
Picking up here. Nice folks. Takes a little while because they're very thorough when they load. No gate that I saw so you could come early.

I’ve been going to this tanning salon for over 15 years and I really like the new owners Chris and Melanie. They are educated in their field. They aren’t just there for the money, they know the benefits of what they are providing. Place is immaculate and staff is always friendly. I hope they have great success, they deserve it!!
To Albany Mechanical Services Inc. Management:
Our Navien tankless hot water heater was in need of repair. I contacted Albany Mechanical Services and they dispatched a technician right away. The technician (Zach) arrived at our home and he immediately investigated the problem. He found that I needed a new heat exchanger which he replaced along with a new igniter. However, another issue with the unit persisted where he consulted with Tech Support at Navien. It was at this point I felt confident that Zach was going to get to the bottom of the issue and take the necessary steps to solve the problem. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, methodical and patient. He kept me informed every step of the way. Although it was somewhat frustrating in determining what the cause of the problem was, Zach kept at it until he found the answer. As it turned out, he replaced the computer board, the adjustment valve and installed a new wiring harness. If it wasn't for him, we would likely be looking at installing a new unit at considerable cost. Instead, he extended the life of our unit which is now functioning extremely well. I wanted to take a minute to thank Zach, his manager and the other technicians who were here to help get our unit back on line.

I love this salon so much and the experience I have every time that I’ve been consistently seeing Jenny and her mom for over two years! The quality of the work is completely unmatched by any salon out there and the positive and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel so comfortable and cared for.
