“Had a broken shut off valve to our outside water along with a broken spout outside. Water was flowing out full force. Had to shut off the water to entire house in order to stop it. Citywide was great! Kept us updated as far as when a tech would be able to get to us afterhours. Once he arrived he was fast and we were very happy with him and appreciated him coming out at 11:30pm after he already ended his shift. “I can’t recommend this service enough. I had a backup in my basement at 10pm at night. I scheduled a service call online for first thing in the morning. They actually called me that night and offered to come right then but I decided to wait til morning. Ben arrived during the scheduled window. He was so nice and professional. Quickly resolved the problem and scheduled a follow up call for them to inspect the mail line with a camera and for restoration services to come that day to assess the flood damage.
