“Had a water leak event at my condo. Water from upstairs neighbor's unit leaked through their floors into my ceilings and walls. My Insurance company recommended Property Services of WNY to fix the situation.
These guys did a phenomenal job. Jordan got over to my place sized up the job and had a team(Mike, John, And Jacob) over within hours. They dried and dehumidified my unit for 2 days. After that they removed all the ceilings and drywall and left the place broom clean ready for the adjusters inspection.

Their prices are the best I’ve seen and they’re knowledgeable too. The only company I will use.
