“I am very grateful for Ranshaw helping me out of a horrible situation with my oil burner. I had purchased a new oil burner a month earlier with my oil company. Since it was installed it wasn't working correctly in starting and stopping continuously all day. That is called short cycling caused by an oversized oil burner. I tried to get my oil company to fix it but they said they couldn't do anything. I then called Ranshaw because I heard that even though they sold their oil company, they might help me because they are the best. They sent 2 highly trained professionals who did a full diagnostic on my oil burner and wrote down solutions for my original oil company to correct.
