The Domestic Air Team was communicative, responsive, and did the work well. They generally perform work within the confines of my building, but I was glad to see this was the partnership we have - given what they were able to do for me. Special shoutout to Nick, who was super helpful throughout the process of getting the units checked on and then having to get one replaced.
They have an account with my building, so I have used them for years. They are always straightforward and will tell you if the issue is worth a repair or getting a new machine. I recently had my a/c fail right before having surgery, and they were able to fix it and get my a/c back quickly, which was incredibly kind.
