We had an extraordinary response from John on a weekend and he came through to alleviate an air conditioning crisis for my 99 year old mother in law. He is a super businessman, fair and above all a gentleman. He was there when needed. We are his newest fans! I would recommend him to anybody.

We needed an air conditioner repair tech to look at our ailing ac. This was a weekend and locally only one place answered the phone. John of Advanced AC & TV came over the next day. Fast, professional and knowledgeable. Saw what the problem was and helped us decide was it worth it or not. We decided to purchase a new one. No pressure at all. He really helped us out before a heatwave. We had the new AC in two days.
