Having such a phobia of dental work, Dr. Siegel and his staff make you feel at ease at all times, and are always more than happy to answer any questions about your procedures or dental work! Dr. Siegel actually saved me a lot of pain and suffering, and money just by taking the extra time to REALLY look at the overall picture in your mouth.I had two dentists prior to him wanting to do a root canal on a tooth that needed extracting instead. Also, the tooth in front needed a root canal and crown done! Dr. Siegel gave me 2-3 options, and explained them all, then gives his opinion on what he would pick given the circumstances.I can go on and on how great this office is!!! Great Dentist/DDS. The staff are all extraordinary. From the front desk to the ones helping around the corner. You can’t help but notice, just how synergistically they all work together!!(At least I noticed)“

“First off, I love my hygienist, Michael. He is so friendly and upbeat. If he ever leaves, I am following him wherever he goes because he is that wonderful. Appointments generally run one-time as well! I have never needed anything other than cleanings, but my limited interactions with Dr. Katz have been brief but friendly. I'd say that if you do not have a billing issue, this location is going to meet your expectations. Where they fell short for me was on a billing issue ultimately caused by them. They kept redirecting me back to my insurance company and my insurance company seemed to immediately know it was their issue because they billed twice for the same thing. Calls about the issue would go unanswered or not returned. Overall, I probably had to make close to 9 - 10 calls due to their error. One call should have been enough.“
