The thing I appreciated most was the staff and how patient and welcoming they were with my daughter, who struggles with anxiety. They put her worries at ease and explained every single step along the way so she always knew what to expect. That meant more to me than they probably realize. Jen was also amazing when it came to explaining payment options and making everything easy to understand.

Recently, when we went to pick up her new retainers, there was a small mishap and they didn’t fit. Mistakes happen — it’s not the end of the world — but what matters is how it’s handled. Dr. Manzella felt so bad that he didn’t even count the retainers under our warranty and gave them to us completely free. On top of that, he included a whitening kit as well.

I’m so happy we found Dr. Manzella. He gave my daughter her confidence back and a beautiful smile she can truly be proud of. That kind of care goes beyond orthodontics — it changes how a child sees themselves.

“I have never had such a pleasant experience at a medical appointment, as I did here for my first visit. They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday before close to find what my throbbing toothache was caused by, just two hours after calling. The assistant named Ashley was very comforting and thorough in her explanations. I’d explained that I had a lot of health anxiety and she gave a lot of reassurance! The dentist was quick and thorough as well! Michelle at the front desk is incredibly kind and very helpful! They were able to get me an appointment the next week for a cleaning and for my tooth repair. They are an incredible practice and I highly recommend them.“
