The dentists here are great. I would have given this 5 stars until my last visit. Hygienist pushed fluoride toothpaste on me and I asked if I could give her my pharmacy info for the script and she was adamant even though it's prescription strength, I would have to buy it directly from them for $40... I said no thanks and had my primary care doctor prescribe the same strength and got it for $3 with insurance.Edit: Next visit the dentist did explain there's another non active ingredient in the one they sell that makes it better. But I'd still appreciate a script for the fluoride toothpaste as it's more affordable and hope they reconsider writing scripts for it
First off, I love my hygienist, Michael. He is so friendly and upbeat. If he ever leaves, I am following him wherever he goes because he is that wonderful. Appointments generally run one-time as well! I have never needed anything other than cleanings, but my limited interactions with Dr. Katz have been brief but friendly. I'd say that if you do not have a billing issue, this location is going to meet your expectations. Where they fell short for me was on a billing issue ultimately caused by them. They kept redirecting me back to my insurance company and my insurance company seemed to immediately know it was their issue because they billed twice for the same thing. Calls...read full review
