As a first-time patient to Pure Dental of Williamsville, with an appointment for a consultation, Dr. White and his staff provided excellent care. They made me feel comfortable, explained things in terminology that I could understand, did not make me feel rushed in any way, and were very thorough in evaluating my problem. As it turned out, Dr. White provided not only a consultation but took the time to treat me. He solved the issue in one visit, and I left a very happy patient.

The staff are very nice and welcoming. They add a personal touch to the practice and that's nice when you're nervous walking in there. Dr. White and Brandy blew me away. I had a terrible extraction experience elsewhere and was truly terrified walking in to have another done. They immediately explained how they work, were extremely gentle and understanding and it was done and over so quickly! Not saying it doesn't hurt later at home, but that's to be expected. I won't be afraid for any future procedures. The office environment is immaculate and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend their care.
Dr. White and his staff were professional, friendly and skilled. They were able to fit me in for an urgent tooth extraction due to an infection. They were clear in explaining the process and follow-up needed. Thanks to Dr. White, the staff and Dr. Sturniolo for referring me to him.
