I hired Cam to do our back patio and I couldn't be happier.
He came and gave me an estimate two days after I contacted him. He offered to clean and seal my patio within that week. His operation is really professional and had the job done in two days just as he promised. They even came back a few days later and put another coat of sealer down for me and explained the best ways to maintain the patio.
It rained a few days later and the water beads right off of my patio now and keeps it protected. I will use Cam again next time and I highly recommend his service.
The crew at Siegel did an AMAZING job with our yard drainage project. They were on time, on budget, and left our yard as if they never dug it up. Very happy with their work and would absolutely hire them again! Highly recommend!!!

Frank and Mark did a fantastic job painting the inside of my home before I moved in a few years ago so I hired them to paint the exterior last year. The attention to detail is impeccable. I noticed they went the extra mile and repainted my house numbers something we didn't talk about but definitely needed to be done.

Today was my first session with Michael, and I can emphatically say Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts is a MUST. What an absolute hidden gem that I feel so fortunate to have found. From the moment you walk you are greeted with smiles and feel right at home. The therapists are kind and definitely know what they are doing. I would recommend Ouroboros for overall physical wellbeing but it's also a great practice if you have any body aches and pains that you are trying to work out, or stored physical/emotional trauma. Can't wait for my next session!
The JCC is a clean and family friendly facility, just right for my needs of a winter place to workout. It's convenient, there is plenty of parking and the entry is secure. Members are issued a fob to use to enter the facility. The front desk person almost always greets us. There are plenty of machines, and many treadmills and stationary bikes - seldom out of order. Spray containers of disinfectant and loads of white wash clothes abound for members to wipe down equipment. I feel obliged to note that I was duly unimpressed by the group fitness class I attended. On my first visit, the instructor was curt and unwelcoming, barking at me that I wouldn't like the class, in front of the class. She never met me. Knew nothing about my abilities nor interest. The classmates were kind and told me I'd get "used to her". Ah. No. No. No; wrong on so many levels. Especially when a newbie comes to class, who might be self conscious or introverted or scared to attend an exercise class. People will never forget how you made them feel. (Said Maya Angelou) It is a joy to see people of all ages and abilities using the machines. I've seen elders on the bikes and tweens on the treadmills. Wee ones stroll by from the daycare area to play in their own area apart from the adults. There are large tvs and music is also piped in. It feels like a completely non-judgmental environment, and aside from the group class encounter, it's my kind of place.

I can not say enough about Tom . I have an 11 year old Lab that had leash aggression . Taking him for a walk was a nightmare . After working with Tom the transformation is just unbelievable ! I had worked with several other trainers and it was nothing but a waste of money . It was truly a wonderful experience working with Tom
I can now take my dog on a walk with no more pulling , grumbling or acting crazy . My only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner . Highly recommend working with him . He is profession and helpful every step of his way !
Tremendous caring for the families and attention to details requested from the dearly departed. After a long search, realized they are the only funeral home in Western New York able to perform all Jewish religious rituals for funerals. They made things so much easier during a difficult time.
We hired Al as our buyer's agent and he was an amazing realtor for us throughout the entire process. After meeting him, it was immediately clear that he would have our best interest at mind 100% and we were correct. We never felt as if he was pressuring us to put offers in to close the deal, take on more of a house than we could afford, or any of the other things one may worry about with a realtor. He was a genuine treat to work with, incredibly patient with us (it was our first house purchase), and made the entire process incredibly easy. His phone line was always open and any questions we had he seemed delighted to answer. He managed to help get us our home during the middle of the COVID crisis at a VERY good price. Every person he recommended to us (lawyer, mortgage company, home inspector, etc.) were amazing and probably the best in the business for their craft.I'll be recommending Al for anyone I know whose buying or selling. Dr Malo and staff have been taking care of 3 of my dogs through their lifetimes. He is amazing! He treated my Golden retriever with such gentleness when the dog had a tumor and surgery. He also fixed my little dog's severe anxiety. I highly recommend this clinic!
EDIT: I reduced this to 4 stars because of the staff. Every single time I call I get put on hold for 5-10 minutes, then they pick up and put me on hold again. Doc..get another person to answer the phones!!
Been going here around 4 months and it's been a good experience. The weight room could be updated, but it gets the job done. Price is higher than average gym but you get more amenities for sure. People are really kind which is a major plus.
