I took my laptop that wouldn’t power on into Best Buy, and they told me it was toast. I brought it here to get a second opinion and Tony had it powered on within 20 minutes! He was very kind and explained everything that he was doing. Insanely reasonable prices too!! Will absolutely come back with any future computer needs.

Tony and Eric have taken care of all of our computer needs both business and personal, for over a decade. They are the best! Recently they saved my business from a devastating hack. Thanks to them I didn’t incur a big financial loss. They are like family and I totally trust and rely on their expertise.

An honest family business with great customer service. Tony was so kind and tried his best to help me diagnose the issue. The first time I reached out was in 2022 to replace my laptop's battery, and Tony encouraged me that I could do it on my own and save money as it was a quick and simple procedure. I did! The second time I reached out was to investigate faulty charging ports for my laptop. Tony and I discussed for a half hour over the phone on possible diagnoses and options to save me the hassle of bringing in the laptop. Unfortunately we realized it was a motherboard issue for which they didn't have the capabilities for soldering so I have to get it fixed elsewhere,...read full review
