Over the past two and half years, the team at PTS has helped put me back together again from two serious injuries. Their commitment to my personal, steady, and focused training, has made me stronger than ever. Their facilities are clean and well laid out with up-to-date equipment. After years of training at other small and “big box” facilities, I have finally found a home!

Love this place a lot. I used to be a regular member as my work is in the same building. I have not been to a more modern and attentive gym facility in recent times. The classes and instructors are fantastic.

Personal training studio has moved to a new epic location in garden city, with plenty of parking! I loved the old place but used to get in trouble for not parking in between the lines. The new studio rocks it is huge with clean equipment and awesome tunes. Ladies and gentleman it's almost bathing suit season, so it's time to get into swan mode! These trainers hold me very accountable and they know I demand a 6 pack and a chiseled chest this summer! When I get into swan mode, I am dedicated at my sessions because it will almost be summer. I have big plans for hitting the beach, beach clubs , beach beers, and scoring some beach babes. I am rocking out all summer long! Congratulations...read full review
