63 Henning Rd, Saratoga Springs“The vets and assistants are all amazing here. They are friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the horses. I wish they treated humans because I would switch myself. The only thing I really dislike is the service agreement where they require a credit card on file and make you pay a deposit for a simple on-farm service call. We've been clients for over 5 years and have never paid a bill late and then they implemented this new policy. The attitude of people enforcing the policy is way over the top. I accidentally typed a credit card number wrong so the deposit was declined and the interaction was very pushy and adversarial like I was some type of deadbeat on the phone with a debt collector. I can't say this left a good impression on me AT ALL. I know the policy isn't the staff member's fault, but frankly, this policy stinks and treats all customers like would be deadbeats that don't pay their bills or something and I'm not very happy with it.“

40 Spring St, Schuylerville“We love everybody here at this office! I live here on and off and have been to multiple vets for my cats and Sarah’s office is by far my favorite. Her team is knowledgeable and i feel everyone there is a true animal lover. I have been to vets in the past where the people answering the phone did not know anything and always had to ask the doctor, even if it was a simple question like “how long does the test results take to get back” or they have taken my cat away to a different room for shots without me there (that office does it with dogs as well) and another office has even have denied me service because my cat growled at them. Never had any of these problems at Sarah’s office. Not sure of the guys name but one of the handlers there always wears gloves to protect himself and the cats when he has them for Sarah to examine and makes sure everyone is safe, he is great! We have been dealing with a parasite issue since getting my new kitten and Sarah and her team have been awesome with trying to resolve this with us. I feel everyone here genuinely cares about the animals. Appointments have also always been quick and i am comfortable asking any questions that i have. Definitely recommend this office!!“

They took very good care of my Dusty Rose, she had to have a mammary gland tumor removed and they also spayed her at the same time. We were shocked with the price. Thank you for taking such good care of my beautiful kitty. I highly recommend Quaker Animal Hospital for all your animals needs.“

“Update..Disclaimer for fellow pet parents: If you ever find yourself needing emergency veterinary care and want a clinic that leads with compassion, patience, and genuine concern for your animal—not paperwork or payment—then you absolutely need to bring them to Northway Animal Clinic. The level of care and humanity they show to both pets and owners sets them apart............ Our new rescue American Bully, Cookie, had eaten something she shouldn’t have, so we had to give her hydrogen peroxide to help her bring it up. Knowing that hydrogen peroxide can cause gastric irritation, we brought her to Northway Animal Clinic to be safe.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with care and compassion. We were greeted by the receptionist and brought right in, where we met Marissa, our nurse. She performed a quick exam, listened carefully as we explained what had happened, and let us know she would speak with the doctor.
Shortly after, Dr. Perns came in and performed another exam. She explained that retching can happen after hydrogen peroxide and that Cookie just needed some time. The plan was to give her medication to ease her gastric distress, along with fluids so she wouldn’t have to take anything orally. We were also given medication and instructions to follow up the next morning.
What truly stood out to us was this: payment was never mentioned until after Cookie had been examined, treated, and brought back to us. That is so different from most veterinary facilities, where payment is expected up front. At Northway, the focus was entirely on care first.
Northway Animal Clinic is incredibly compassionate and truly care-driven. The experience was absolutely amazing. If I ever win the lottery, I would love to give back to them so they can expand and grow an already outstanding practice.“
