After many years with Hearthstone Veterinary Dr. Jolie retired. We asked her for recommendations on where to bring our children(dogs) she mentioned Battenkill Veterinary we switched my husband brought our first dog in oct or nov Our other dog was due for annual exam so we went yesterday and I also went with him I just want to say what a great place from the front desk people on up our vet tech was amazing not sure of her name Jessica the vet and the vet tech was so kind as Azurine is not the most friendly girl The kindness , care , and patience was above and beyond
I would recommend this Veterinary to everyone, I love this place, they just saved my dog's life, absolutely would recommend can't say enough about them when we put our other dog down because he was a Shepard ...hind legs went on him they laid with me while I laid with him as he went to sleep
Dr. Lutgens and his team did an AMAZING job helping with my dog. he had to have an amputation, and they helped every step of the way. they answered every question we had, and made appointments with short notice for frequent checkups when we had concerns. all of the staff is amazing, I wish I knew the names of all the girls who helped behind the scenes, and a special thanks to Amanda who was also on my dogs case for most of the time. everyone is wonderful, kind, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. can’t say enough great things about this vet. I know my pups are in great hands here and i will never go anywhere else.
