He said that we had a few options. I chose to do whatever it took to remove the snake. After a very comprehensive initial inspection and estimate, Dan offered creative solutions to our complicated issue of replacing both wet return lines which were damaged and buried under our basement foundation. “I needed a new water heater. Tidal Plumbing sent a plumber and assistant. The process of disconnecting the old heater, removing it, installing and upgrading the pipes, and installing the new heater was seamless. They kept me advised throughout the whole process, during which they put down drop-cloths to protect the floor from dirt/damage. Very mindful of the property while they worked. Very thorough and efficient in their work, but friendly as well. Answered any questions I had and explained when they were going to do anything e.g. shutting off water, turning on faucets. I decided to replace it. Rich from Mako gave me a reasonable quote and Joe and George came right away to install a new combo wall unit.
