They communicated with me constantly to let me know they identified the issue and what the fix was. Within 2 hours i had my computer back and working!!!!! The real part needed was on back order but they didn't say come back in 2 days no they said we will give you a temp so that you can be up and running and when the new part comes in we will swap it out for you. “My MacBook Pro was severely messed up. Very slow. Trackpad barely functioned. Battery wasn't recognized as even being in it. Then I accidentally wiped the OS off and couldn't get it back on.
Puru of Apple Repair Club, assessed the likely issue with it over chat and gave an estimate of the cost very quickly after I inquired.
I took it to him and in less than a day he had it ready to hand back to me totally fixed.
What was suspected to be one hardware failure turned out to be about 3 or 4 different things faulty.
Yet still for a VERY good price he fixed all of the hardware issues, and got the OS back up and running, and walked me through important things on how to set it up, maintain it, and told me various other things in how to get the best out of it. Then he let me know I can reach out to him with any other questions or inquiries on how to do something.
I call this above-and-beyond amazing service.
