“I've been going to Dr. DeVincentis and Eye Consultants for almost two years now. Even today, with signs posted that they were short staffed, I sat in the waiting room and was in awe how every single staff person I encountered and/or watched was professional, kind, engaging to the patients, patient as the older folk walked toward them. I don't know if Dr. D has a specific team, but everyone who appears to be associated with him are outstanding, many of whom I routinely see. The front desk crew is always pleasant & efficient. It is refreshing, in this day and age, to see an entire medical group who appear to be a great group of people. Even short staffed, I was in and out in my normal time frame. “On my way to work on a Sunday, the sidearm of my glasses broke off. My attempts at repair were not sufficient and I was in trouble. Not being sure if the vision center of the closest Walmart was even open I called. They were open and I explained by situation. The woman who took my call checked with the store where I had actually purchased the glasses, confirmed stock status and pricing. When I arrived 10 minutes later she had everything ready for the switch and I was back at work, able to see clearly in about 25 minutes. Great service all around.“

Rarely do I wait more than 2 days for any work to arrive - much of it coming overnight! US Optical is the most efficient and accurate lab I've worked with --- they add so much value and are such an asset to my business!“
