“Ok soo I wanna touch on a couple of things, first off 5 stars regardless of the negative you read here. Yes wait times can be long (usually for the better physicians!), staff can be VERY busy which sometimes makes them forget things or be a little rude, and dr desai really could learn some bedside manor… well actually… he could learn a lot more than that considering he treated my bronchitis with the same meds over and over even when they failed twice. Anywhoodle, the rest of these physicians are AMAZING! And they’ve been working with me very closely to manage my chronic conditions. Overall I would never go to another office because I believe this is one of the best primary care teams out there!
Update!!: I’d like to comment that doctor desai has absolutely improved his communication standards with his patients! (I was reading through old reviews and felt my previous comments need updating!) I have been struggling with insurance issues for months and my primary physician Stephen Kingston has been working with me to get through it, at some points this has become such an issue that dr desai has had to step in to try to help with insurance. He has listened very carefully to my concerns and is working to improve my long term care yet again. I stand by “I believe this is one of the best primary care teams out there!” Definitely worth ANY hassle of a busy office with very busy and caring physicians.”
