“Jesse came at the time scheduled. He looked at the sump pump and found the problem and corrected the cause . He also checked the backup sump pump system and insured it was working 100%. He explained what happened and how he corrected it. He was very courteous and thorough. I appreciate the prompt response by Superior to my call for repair. Thank you.”
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning
“On time, very productive and informative, thoroughly analyzed and installed a new condensing coil. Polite service personnel. And reasonably priced. Followed it up. Coil was covered under warranty as well as the recharge of the refrigerant. Isaac has been great to deal with from beginning to end of the project. While the unit was down, we had no air conditioning during a heat wave. Isaac ordered the part and replaced it as quick as they could.”
