The crew was nice, friendly and professional. We felt safe having them in our home. The owner was available to answer all our questions, and was also very thorough and courteous. The crew adjusted to our schedule. When a part from their supplier was not acceptable, the crew realized it and swapped it out immediately. The job was started at the time promised and completed promotly. Leone is truly a great company to work with!
We discovered a water heater leak around 10:30 PM one night. We had a very reliable plumber in Miller Plumbing, but had no idea that he retired. When I called, I learned Leone Plumbing was intrusted by Miller to handle his customers due to his retirement. I also learned that Leone Plumbing is available for 24/7 service based on their website. I explained my problem at 7:30 AM in the morning and I had a new water heater installed by 10:30 AM. Excellent service and all of the people I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Hot water tank failed on a Sunday so I started making phone calls. Andy from Leone was quick to answer and get a tech over on Monday. We had a new tankless system with recirculation installed and running on Wednesday. Good communication, very responsive, and quality work by the techs.
