Little gem of a barbershop in downtown Elmira! Went here and both Rick and Craig were super polite! Haircut was $14, which is super affordable in the area, and Craig did a phenomenal job and was extremely professional! Would highly recommend them if given the chance!

I go see Nancy or David once a month for a fill, make an appointment a day ahead every time. They are always prompt and apologetic if they can’t be. Nancy does amazing designs, David does excellent work. I love these people and I drive an hour for this establishment because I have always received the best consistent service, results and pricing. No other place in the area does as good a job. I do purposefully book non peak times like Sundays and weekday mornings when possible to avoid a crowd, but they always honor their appointments which I love. The set in the photo was done by Nancy, make sure to mention if you want special nail art when booking!!!

I made an appointment at Total Image because my last hairdresser moved to a new location. I was a little worried (as we all are) about going somewhere new. I can say that my worries were soon put to rest. The staff is extremely friendly and welcomed me with open arms. No regrets. A special shout out to Michelle who is excellent in what she does. Kristen is the best!!!! She always gets me right in for an appointment as quick as possible, most of the time the same week I request one - Which is unheard of these days!!! Such a clean, inviting salon to get my hair done at. I’ve gone a handful of times now and have left feeling like a million bucks every session! Neat and clean, no food, drinks, or bathrooms available. Bring your own chairs. Few tables. Nice beach with lifeguards. Not a lot of parking. Has boat launch. 1 to 2 blocks from bars and restaurants. Nice view of lake.
Dean's construction installed a new roof on our house. The roof is beautiful! The crew members were both friendly and professional. This was a winter installation and there was some damage to our window screens due to the high winds. Richard made this right by repairing any screens that were damaged. This is a great family-owned business, and they stand by their work.
These people are very busy. The are worth the wait. They are conscientious and hanh in there to th end. It is almost like they aren't contractors and I mean that in a good way.

I don't normally write reviews, but I do know that they matter - especially when choosing where to receive healthcare. I have been a patient of Dr. Cesari for 11 years now, and just recently I needed my first filling. I was reasonably nervous, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. They told me exactly what they were doing as they did it, and made wonderful conversation - I was laughing the whole appointment! There aren't many reviews of his practice on here, so I figured that sharing my experience might help someone decide to receive care from Dr. Cesari without hesitation.
Dr. Dailey is the BEST dentist I've ever been to. I avoided dentists for over 20 years because of a horrible experience with a local dentist when I was a kid. I had to see a dentist about a year ago because of an infection and explained my self to Doc of why it had been so long sense my last visit to a dentist. He understood completely and explained to me everything he was going to do to make it a painless smooth process. He wasn't lying! I now actually love going to the dentist! He made what was 10 years of waking up with head aches due to jaw clenching from tooth pain go away overnight!For that I truly thank him.
I want to take a minute and share with you about my dentist. I have a tooth that was pretty much destroyed by another dentist when I was overseas. I have gone to other dentists here in the states to see if they correct the situation and none of them seem to have a solution.Dr. Minchin on the other hand, used her creativity and artistry to bring that toothpick to life. She formed out a buildup of that tooth to where it has lasted longer than any of the caps after the original one was put on had gotten broken. Dr. Minchin and her staff cared enough to take extra time to come up with a work or solution and made sure that the temporary cap would last because she could at any time be going on maternity leave; which happened to take place. I am so happy that I found her and that I was able to become one of her patients.

My two cats had some sort of papulomacular lesions in a collar around their necks. Dr. Cook used a brush to find evidence of fleas ( ickk!) and prescribed a once monthly liquid vial applied to the back of the neck. They're all cured and aloof now! Dr. Cook gave them their booster shots and I was home within an hour. Dr. Cook and his staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. It was a really good, relaxing experience; especially given how anxious I was about my cats! I will absolutely go back when my cats need them!
We have taken our dogs there for years! From my parents dogs to ours many generations have been groomed by Kim, Sherry and now Kim 's daughter. They do a wonderful job and the dogs are treated with love and look great! Excellent prices too.
The staff is great and the kennels are clean and heated and also ac gonna have them have our dog ? soon.
Pat Mink is the best Groomer I’ve ever had!! Not only is she personable, loving, kind but she loves each and every fur baby she grooms. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her and her professionalism!! I never ever worry about my Son being groomed and that’s says a lot about her reputation. I rate her a 100% overall rating. ??????
Wonderful experience beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, Emily was very nice to work with and educated me on everything! I tried out the community salt room and completed my self care day with the sauna and red light therapy, it was amazing. Definitely recommend!
