Kim and her staff are very friendly and professional. Having just moved to the Twin Tiers I was very very disappointed to find that many of the local dog groomers had gone out of business or were not taking new customers. I was looking at having to take my dog over 60 miles 1 way to have her professionally groomed. Not a very happy prospect. Found Kim's business on Yelp and hoped that she would take my dog. 3 weeks later I dropped Anna off. Met Kim and her staff. Very very pleased. 2.5 hrs later I got the call that my dog was ready to be picked up. Got a lot accomplished during that time. My dog was looking good, nails trimmed, shampooed and ready to rock! Kim and her staff are all great with all my dogs. Very caring and gentle, thorough and efficient. Mindful in respecting any special requests re: grooming, bathing etc. I know my dogs are safe with Kim.

I have two 7 year old shelties. Up until this year I always did full baths and grooming myself. Usually takes me 4 hours, and I decided to try a groomer as my time off work is limited and I’d rather spend that 4 hours doing something fun with them. I tried a groomer in Corning and left completely disgusted for too many reasons to mention. I had been in Kim’s shop before to buy food and really liked her. We set up a meet and greet and she made sure my dogs were a good candidate for being groomed by a stranger. Her concern was completely about my dogs. As it should be.
